The Inclusion committee links education, best practices and awareness with inclusive behaviors to build a culture of collaboration and belonging across all 3 legs of the stool. We do this through the sharing of inclusion moments at open board meetings, honoring various diversity groups on a monthly basis, and by planning events that showcase the many diverse aspects of our network and system.
December is a month of multi-cultural celebrations! As we enter the final month of 2024, many cultures take time to celebrate and we wish all of our members a very happy holiday season. To learn more about these diverse celebrations, click here.

The Modern Native American Story by Eric Hernandez
Eric Hernandez is a Native American Hoop Dancer, Storyteller affiliated with the Lumbee Tribe. Through mesmerizing hoop dance, Eric has shared his personal story for millions around the world as the Lead Character in The Cirque du Soleil Touring production, TOTEM. He inspires the audience to be their true selves, celebrate diversity and embrace their own unique identities.

All around the world, there's a huge disability employment gap, often unemployment rate for people with disabilities is twice that of people without disabilities. Studies show that companies who prioritize disability inclusion are more profitable overall.
